"School cafeteria food at a 5⭐️ resort. I ate here on 3/3/24 Sat down at 4pm. 4 of us Ordered 3 burgers and snapper Restaurant was completely empty Took an entire hour to get out food No apologies for the long wait Food was so bad! It took me back to those school cafeteria days when nothing had flavor and the quality was hard to stomach. The burger had zero flavor Extremely dry No condiments (had to ask) The Guacamole had zero flavor My fries were just awful, and COLD. Hour wait in an empty restaurant for bad and cold food. The pricing is Outrageous! $159 for 2 adult burgers 1 child burger Snapper And two Tito’s cocktails. They charged $7 for my kid to have alittle fruit They should be ashamed for this entire thing"

"Very simplistic, but elegant decor. We had drinks here one night and the chips and salsa were fun, but the berry lemon margarita is pure sugar water, very little alcohol. We came two mornings in a row for breakfast and their food is fantastic,it's a little pricey but it was delicious. I got the all American breakfast both days. Everything was cooked perfectly, great flavors, and not a ton of oil. The fruit bowls included all variations of fruit, not just cantaloupe and melon. They do not have espresso coffees which was disappointing for our party of 5, so the second day we brought in Starbucks. I just can't do drip coffee."

"Great variety of food. Delicious and atmosphere is nice. Ac was a bit cold but better than being hot. Worth the visit."

"if you like runny eggs and soft bacon... you'll enjoy this breakfast spot... server poured our coffee and both times spilled the coffee on a chair and floor then pretended like it didn't happen... sigh. the breakfast potatoes are amazing, crunch outside soft inside. the eggs and bacon were less than desirable."

"The first night I came here, it deserved 4 stars. Service was exceptional. Tried to go to 18 Oaks, party of 1, and was told they had no openings. Uh ok, for a party of 1??... Bye. Cruised over to Cibolo and was seated right away. Server was wonderful, I believe his name was Richard. There was also a pleasant manager walking around, I think his name was Ethan. All around impeccable service. Food was good, but not great. Biscuits with spicy strawberry jalapeno jam, delicious! Interesting tequila martini which was good. Mac n cheese was a little lackluster. Shrimp was a little overly salty and grits were a little bland, but together they were good. As a whole nice little hotel restaurant with nice views. Update... Came back again and it was disappointing. Food was better, but the service was rough. We were seated at 810. We didn't get our meal until 940!!! Just a party of 4, nothing crazy. I get it they also had some larger parties due to the conference, but honestly we waited a while to even get our table and then to have to wait that long for food. I mean chips and guac took like an hour+ minutes which is insane to me (we ordered it at the same time as the drinks). Also my husband got the tequila martini and tonight it looked wildly different than the one I had two days ago. We got no biscuits at all. We honestly asked to cancel our order at one point and they couldn't even commit to cancelling our food so we could try to go elsewhere. Overall the service at the restaurants have been really tough for such a nice resort type hotel. Not sure if it's staffing issues due to covid or what, but highly disappointing."
