Sonic Drive-In

"They always seem to be understaffed. Mobile ordered and checked in, waited over 25 mins. (for two drinks) When asking about our order, the car hop lady gave a lot of attitude stating she was the only car hop. Understandable, but she could’ve had less attitude when telling us. Finally, someone else checked on us and brought out our drinks immediately but they had been sitting for a while."

"So i dont usually write reviews, but this location has just disappointed me so many times. I live very close so its a good choice distance wise and most of the staff are pretty nice and helpful but where the kitchen performance starts is where the good things to say about this location end. My food has repeatedly been stale and just ugly looking and often cold. ive bought hotdogs and just thrown em out because they were so cold and gross. This evening me and my son decided to try the peanut butter bacon burger and its was so plain and sad looking while the taste was sub par. i wont going to this location anymore. i tried to look past the fact that staff could probably just be real tired as i often go at night but im just throwing my money away at this point cuz i hardy ever finish the food here."

"Not gonna lie... probably the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Like 12 of their stalls were out of order, had to ask me which stall I was at... they claimed their ice cream machine was being cleaned, claimed they didn't have enough sweet tea for a slush and a drink. Gave me the wrong food, the wrong drinks, the wrong sizes, the food they did give was cold and they took forever. Sonic needs to remove their brand immediately."

"We pulled up at 11:08 pm and the first stall was out of order. We moved and pushed the button. Someone came on the speaker and said “I’ll be with you in a moment. Meanwhile 2 other vehicles pulled up close to us and they were helped immediately. I pushed the button again at 11:19 and again I was told “I’ll be with you in a moment” I said no you’ve waited on 2 other cars that arrived after we did. So the guy taking the orders comes out to say they only wanted to get something. No kidding we only wanted to get 3 shakes. I guess you have to know the order taker to get waited on. I went there a week before and had a similar experience. It’s located near our house but bad customer service has lost our business! We ended up leaving after the order taker walked out to our vehicle and gave us an attitude about him taking orders after we arrived 10 minutes before they did and he had said that he would be right with us over 10 minutes earlier! We left because we were afraid that he might do something to our food."

"I ordered a classic shake w/whip cream. The amount of whip cream is the size of a dollar coin. I asked if that’s the amount that they give. The response I received was “yes, just a dollop.” No offer to add more or correct."
