"Went to get two 6 piece nuggets that was all. There were 6 people working. I had to wait 5 minutes before they took my order, mind you I was first in line there was only one person behind me. I placed my small order and after waiting almost ten minutes and watching the person that was behind me get their huge order. I went and asked about my order the very rude woman looked at me like I was crazy. So after some searching, they were able to give me my order, and after the rude woman who should not be dealing with customers, told another employee that I yelled at her, I did not. I was able to get my very old, cold, and just horrible nuggets that I threw away. I will never go to this Wendy's ever again."

"I ORDERED THE MAPLE BACON CHICKEN CROISSANT. THESE NON WORKING MUST BE ILLITERATES SENT ME SOMETHING DEFINITELY NOT THAT. NO CROISSANT BREAD BUT REGULAR BREAD. NO BACON. NO CHEESE WHICH I WAS CHARGED FOR AND NO DAMN MAPLE BUTTER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS HOW WHOMEVER MESSED THIS UP."

"I ordered via door dash as I'm currently quarantined due to COVID. I ordered the biggie bag, I received only a 4 pc nugget and cold fries. My dasher was wonderful and apologized for the stores obvious screw up. This isn't a good look, what's the purpose of ordering a biggie bag for a burger if you don't receive the damn burger. Do better Wendy's. This is just pathetic."

"I asked for water and was ignored. I asked how to use my receipt for rewards since the window did not scan my phone and was ignored. After sitting there at the window, I went on home with the order. This is not a Cobb salad. No bacon, no sliced hard boiled egg, and the presentation is far from their menu photos. It's mostly lettuce. There was also a smell that smelled bad when I opened the box to see if somehow the eggs and bacon had settled to bottom. The chicken looks dry and old. I am driving back to get a refund for the not-Cobb salad."

"If I could zero stars, I would. The wait was forever (which I didn’t mind, because I assumed well at least it would be fresh).. it was the complete opposite. The burger was not done. Clearly the meat was pink. The chili cheese fries were so cold, it seemed as if they were taken out of a fridge & the meat wasn’t even chopped up. My husband had a chicken sandwich and it was so cold and hard, along with the spicy nuggets. I’ve never had an experience like this with fast food. I will never be back. This place needs to close!!"
