"Ever since this location reopened it has been the slowest chick fil a around. It doesn't matter if you come at 9am, 10am, 12pm, 3pm or 6pm it WILL take you at least 25 minutes to get through the line and there's a good chance something will be wrong or they can't find the right person they're supposed to be getting the order to so then you get stuck behind the person in front of you for an extra 10 minutes after you finally get your food:"
"I’m not the one to complain, but my experience with DoorDash and this restaurant was horrible. First off, I know DoorDash and chick fil a is separate, but the issues were with the store. The store claimed someone took my order and then refused to cancel and was rude to the dasher working the order. I had to contact DoorDash to try and contact the store and the store would not answer. Causing me to have late food and never received my order, the store REFUSED to re make my order, had they just done that there would’ve been no problem. Then I reordered from them and when I received my food all of the condiments and napkins were stuffed into the fry container. When I pulled them out, the container was HALF EMPTY. It feels a bit like someone was being passive aggressive because of the issues and was very disappointed with how this store handled things. After reading other reviews this seems like a trend with this location."
"Went through the drive through after work. The line was out to the street but moved relatively quickly. Ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and kids meal. Thought we ordered Mac and cheese but received nuggets instead?? There waffle cut fries as the best. Sandwiches and services are generally stellar."
