"This Burger King is so slow. Always under staff. When you go through drive thru they always park you no matter how small your order is. And the employees are rude. When you finally do get your order it's Nuk warm and sloppy prepared."

"I hadn't been to a Burger King in years due to every one I'd go to was extremely dirty. No customer service skills etc.... my daughter and I had been wanting to stop in the Helotes location to give it a try. My wife daughter and i stopped in. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was immaculate, food tasted great and the manager, I believe his name was Sal or Raul. He was extremely friendly and professional. He is doing a fantastic job running that location. He himself was at register and on the floor cleaning tables, etc, leading by example. His energy definitely brightened the restaurant up. We will definitely be back"
"This place is empty, and after eating the food I found out why. Food was barely warm, chicken sandwich obviously had been sitting around a while. The fries were nasty. The lettuce was brown, ewwww. Can't even read the receipt to complain. The coca-cola tastes funny. Don't come here if you expect fresh food."
