"I've been in here multiple times and there always seems to be no one available at the counter. My pizzas have generally come out oddly cut and once there was so little dough in the middle that two slices looked like a chunk of the pizza was taken out of them."
"I waited for an hour before I asked what place I was in line and so they rushed my order when they seemingly overlooked it, then I ended up taking home a pizza that was only about half cooked with a white underside. There seemed to be an error with their system as the cashier was scrambling around trying to organize what orders were next. I’m only writing this review because I’ve called about 8 times to let them know they gave me a raw pizza and I have not been able to get them to answer. It was in fact not hot nor ready."
"We have never had a bad pizza at the helotes location. ! Staff is very nice and place is clean they still wear masks too in the front and back. Pizza bread and 2 liter for 10 dollars and it was nice and hot when we got home as you can see the pizza never lasts when we get home !!! I've been to some dirty little Caesars but this one is clean and friendly! This is one we like to visit ! Price is super affordable and pizza is yummy and fresh everytime we get it !!! Helotes location is definitely the place to go!!!!"
"Very clean little shop. Normally the seating is much more compact that is not the case with this store. I feel more comfortable here. It's clean. The music is nice and the people are quick to assist. Veteran owned and operated so I am happy to give my business."
