"My family and I really enjoy coming to Saltgrass. Their steaks are always delicious and full of flavor and grilled to perfection. Our favorite appetizer is the Brisket with Queso it's so good! My husband and I often go on Day-Dates while our kiddos are at school and even then the experience is great. We will continue to come and enjoy a family meal or a Day-Date at Saltgrass!"

"So, I was craving for some prime rib, and decided to go to Saltgrass. It'd been awhile since we last visited. There was a 20 minute wait when we got there. While waiting, they handed us a menu and the prime rib is not on it. That was disappointing. We were told Saltgrass do not offer prime rib anymore. However, they said they have an off menu special for today. 14oz Texas wagyu strip for $56. Almost twice the price for a regular strip. But, why not. I did however had a request, I wanted a side of the horseradish sauce they used to serve with the prime rib. Luckily, they have a server named Daniel, who was there when they we still serving prime rib. He was able to recreate the horseradish sauce from scratch. He remembered the recipe. Yes, the wagyu strip steak was tender and flavorful. They cooked it to a perfect medium rare, and I was able to mimic the prime rib with the horseradish sauce. Oh yeah, the rest of our party enjoyed their food too!"

"Had an amazing visit at saltgrass steakhouse. Waiter was super attentive I tend to require a lot of refills on my drinks and glass was never empty. (A big deal for me). Had tenderloin nibblers for appetizer. Cooked perfectly and were super tender. And the spinach cranberry salad. Had the bone in ribeye cooked perfectly to my temperature.(another big deal for me) and since it was my birthday ended with a slice of carrot cake. Portions are huge on dessert definitely big enough to share. All in all Had an amazing visit this is the third or fourth time at this location and highly recommend it."

"Atmosphere was pleasant,no drama. I order the grilled chicken with a caramelizad sauce with a loaded baked potato and a Ceasar Salad. Chicken was juicy and tender. Baked potato not dried but perfect with all the trimmings and Ceasar was creamy with lots a Parmesan cheese and very tasty. I don’t know if they make their bread from scratch but if I was them I would use the same bread for the croutons (of course baked not soft) . My server was Joaquin and he was very attentive."
