"$50 for dinner tonight and our tots and fries were only half full. Our burgers were smashed up. This $4 bbq pork sandwich was drenched in bbq sauce and barely any meat. They also charged us 20 cents for each bbq sauce for the popcorn chicken. Since when did they charge for a sauce that comes with the meal! We always tip generously as well. I will not be coming here anymore. Prices vs quality are getting pretty ridiculous."
"Team member left out an item from my order and I was refused a refund for something I never received. Customer service ghosted me when I said it wasn’t their money to keep, so I have literally been stolen from by a multi-billion dollar company. Wild."
"They didn't give me the cheese dips for the pretzels I ordered, which nobody eats without the cheese dip. Also I ordered pickle fries on the app and when I didn't get them, I pressed the button and asked for them and they said "we don't serve pickle fries." They didn't even think to tell me that and just hoped I wouldn't notice apparently. Also I asked for ketchup and mustard on my hot dog and they put the equivalent of a raindrop of each on it. I couldn't recommend more that you never give this location your business."
"Be careful of the 2 for $7 offer. When you order it in the app, it will overcharge you! I pointed this out to the manager on duty, but apparently Sonic has a very unresponsive team for their app and problems take forever to fix. BUYER BEWARE!"
"It's a to go place when you are hungry for fast comfort food. Chicken tenders were dry and tough, though."
