"Two employees not even in uniform.. literally wearing street clothes with one wearing a sideways black cap. No beard net while cooking either! The older short cashier was eating fries directly out of the fry bin, the guy in the black cap told her jokingly "dont do that in front of customers, you know that" then looked at me and smiled as if it was all a joke. No man, thats literally against health code. Dirty lobby, sticky tables, trash not collected, no straws, watered down sodas, this was the first and last time I ever visit this location. DO NOT EAT HERE."
"I can honestly say every time I go in there it's new employees and they all have the same attitude that makes them seem like they don't want to be there and they're rude. I love Churchs chicken I even used to work at one but I never have had that kind of rudeness or attitude with the customers"
"Today I witnessed a mouse in the lobby I screamed and got the attention of an unpleasant displeasing to look at caucasian male who claimed to be the franchise owner after I told him what I saw he asked me to leave. As I was walking out he started cursing out a Hispanic couple who were trying to order but their English wasn’t perfect. I’m disgusted in the costumer service, atmosphere and all around experience. Code compliance needs to make there way into this establishment asap! DO NOT EAT HERE, no one where’s gloves while preparing food, nothing is sanitary!!"
"Great place with great chicken. I used to come here with my dad all the time. We always enjoyed sitting by the window and getting to eat their chicken. They have a soda fountain with a great selection of drinks. The chicken is always fresh and the biscuits and fries are always delicious. The restrooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Also, the mashed potato and jalapeños are also good."
"It's ok, it's Church's. Tried the new chicken sandwich, also ok, nothing to get excited about. When you take a bite, half the sandwich comes with it. It tears off in long strips. They should figure out a way to keep that from happening. Look at the attached pictures. Overall, the chicken sandwich is mediocre at best. The chicken sandwich has passed and Probably could've been perfected in advance and a better product should've been put out. Not sure if the chicken was changed but, it doesn't taste like the chicken of old. Chicken strips follow the same suit, maybe it's the cooking oil. Meh, nothing stays the same."
