"Curbside pick up is a joke. I called the number multiple times and nobody picked up. The person next to me gave up and walked in. I waited for a bit longer and finally went in. My bag was sitting there. They were NOT busy. An employee was actually walking around with a laptop. Don't waste your time. They need to just take those signs down. On top of that my food was cold."

"LITERALLY GAVE ME A CHICKEN QUESADILLA WITH ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN. No sour cream, no guacamole, I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. I’m so done with taco cabana. Corporate needs to come and shut this location down."

"I know we have often criticized some multiple location restaurants. However, I wanted to praise the Taco Cabana in Stone Oak - and in particular the manager Joe; for providing fresh, delicious lunch time fare today. My Canana bowl is LOADED with goodies. Like a giant tortilla bow of nachos! I got rice, refried beans, beef, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. The rice on the bottom helped maintain the integrity of the bowl while I ate it. Great portions, fresh crispy shell, and fresh ingredients. Same for the crispy tacos. Recently we had placed an Uber eats order and it wasn’t all there. I called the location, and he said bring the receipt and I’ll make it right. Today when I called for my pick up order, he answered, remembered who I was, made good on his promise, AND hand delivered the food to me personally. He is so nice!! Just wanted to give credit and proper praise where it’s due. I can’t speak for any of the other locations, but this one has definitely earned my business back!"
