"I see why they have a low score of a 80 worst jack n the box I have been to in my whole life. I ordered online the little Edgar tells me they are out of tiny tacos I tell him I paid over $5 for it he tells me to go online that he can’t do anything. I tell him where’s the manager he says they ain’t here but with an attitude. I will be contacting corporate this morning. They need to close the whole establishment down ASAP!"

"Very disappointed with everything. The tacos we're a joke. They had nothing but lettuce inside of it not even a tiny bit of the meat paste it's supposed to have to begin with. The fries were cold. And when my husband went up to ask if they could open the bathroom door the guy was rude and gave attitude. When my husband called him out on it, he tried to change his tune. A few minutes later he was telling his two coworkers and pointing. Seriously people the counter these employees stand behind is NOT going to stop anyone from jumping over it and slapping some common sense into you. The customer service people give is ridiculous. If you're not going to take that into consideration don't apply for the job. People fail to realize you get back what you give out."
