"The slowest "fast food " ever, they literally focus on getting payment from all the other cars behind the person at the window more than the person at the window lol"

"Place is trash half the kiosks don’t even work. We ordered from the app it wouldn’t take the stall number. Had no sauce for our sticks ! Place is trash!"

"Ordered a large tots with chili cheese and onion and a shake and got brought a small, I asked the employee for my large and was told that "that was the biggest they had at the time". Okay, fine. I asked for a refund and he just repeated himself and walked away. I would be okay with the smaller ones if I had gotten my money back. They also didn't have onion. They forgot my shake, after reminding them, they brought it out, but at that point my tots were already cold. Poor experience overall."

"We usually go through the drive-thru but we decided to park. We ordered and received our food within a few minutes. When we ordered we asked for ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. The person that was taking our order was either confused why we asked for these items or they just weren't paying attention. The car hop came up to vehicle with no smile or greeting. She gave the bags and drinks as fast as she could. We asked where the condiments were? She brought everything but ketchup. She went back in got it and we asked her for napkins. She looked so annoyed with us more than ever. Well if you check what was suppose to go into the bag in the first place we wouldn't have to ask for anything. The food was nice, hot, and delicious."

"The only reason I rated it one was because zero wasn’t an option. Just have to say that these people were very disrespectful to my family and I and went as far to threaten us by calling the cops. I arrived at 10:30pm and waited about 10 mins or so at the speaker to order and I saw this lady walk out look at us and went back inside. We eventually just drove up and continued waiting. When we finally reached the window the lady who happened to be the manager tells us that we have to go around again cause they can’t take our order at the window after waiting in line for almost half an hr. It’s already almost 11 and we told her we had been waiting awhile and just wanted to order the coney hotdog. She continued with the we have to go around talk and slams closed the drive thru window. Tried to get her attention and she continued to ignore us. The guy in green threatens us if we don’t move he will call the cops. And also just closes the window like we weren’t there. We literally drove up because no one was answering the speaker and we are the ones getting attitude? I just pulled a 13hr shift at a fine dining restaurant. I know y’all are busy and I understand being understaffed but it is still unnecessary to treat customers like this. I know it’s stressing but now I’m taking my hr drive home without eating anything cause everything on my way home most likely closes at 11 and wasted my time trying to get some food with y’all."
