J Anthony's Seafood

"I rated it a 2 stars! I havent been here in a couple of months.I understand it's lent season and super busy! But that doesn't excuse them for forgetting almost everything in my order! I placed an online order, got confirmation and a time. When I got there it wasn't ready understandable. They gave me my food I went to my car to double check my order all I had was fries and shrimp no fish! Went back to the window to let them know. Took a couple of more minutes to get my fish, again got my order and checked it, none of my appetizers were in the bag! I went inside instead and told them " I shouldn't be coming back and fourth to get my missing items" low and behold the girl packing the orders was like " the order is right here" I'm like so they knew they didn't place the bag inside my order. Only one person apologized for the mistakes that were made. Get home and the gallon of tea taste like day old tea! We ended up throwing it out. Paid 60 bucks for all the mistakes they made!"

"Careful 2/23/24. when u go threw drive thru the girl is overcharging your card and keeping tips not authorized..I just got my card charged for extra $7.70 for nothing and now I called and the manager hung up a women and I asked to speak to the male because he was getting after the girl with long eyelashes and long fingers nails .. about her over changing the people to get the tickets right .. I heard her getting upset saying they always blame her. I wonder why and nobodies doing anything about it. Not right now nobody answering the phone at all. Because I know she changed for a tip management needs to know what's going on and refund what has been taken..back to the card. Not good for the company and revenue.."

"A friend and I was impressed by the customer service however not by the white fish and rice. The fish tastes like something I buy at the grocery store, it was not hot in temperature plus It's not fresh fish at all. The rice had a good taste but it too was cold.( Even the hush puppies were cold too) The fish has changed since a year ago, I did notice they received a Health Score of 82. I doubt if I will try Anthony's seafood again."

"Went for dinner last week. The fish looks like Gordon fish sticks. I had to wait for a dirty table to be cleaned. Food on the floor by the condiments bar and on top of counter. Wife and I ordered a 2 piece dinner each with drinks and it was $40. I knew we should've gone to Sea Island. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. Don't know what happened to this place, it use to be good with real fish fillets not Gordon fish from HEB."

"They are very generous with their portions and the food was hot and fresh and perfect! I ordered the large shrimp soup and my bf ordered the fried fish and both were delicious. The fountain drinks were cold and crisp and they have football on the TV's, the way it should be during football season. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!"
