The service was attentive, and the manager even took the time to chat with us, ensuring everything was to our liking. Despite waiting approximately 45 minutes past our reservation time for our table, we enjoyed drinks at the bar, making our overall dining experience enjoyable. It was a group of 8 of us catching up over dinner and drinks midweek."

However, the taxidermy ambiance scared the children. Notably, our request for a medium steak resulted in a preparation leaning towards medium-well—a detail worth mentioning, particularly given the specialized focus on steaks at this establishment. Also, when my 75-year-old uncle received a kid's burger it added an interesting aspect to our overall impression."

"They know how to make it so buttery and full of flavor that you get that smoky grill taste. This is my first time EVER that I don't ever need any steak sauce I can eat it the way it comes, thats how flavorful it is!! everything was on point! They have great customer service, we had a great waitress who gave great suggestions and was always on top of everything we needed. The restaurant is neat and organized, the manager was there checking on tables. Had a great atmosphere for dining out or that perfect date!"

"We love Saltgrass any time we go. This location had staff that was not quite as chipper as we have seen in other locations, but it was not bad service, by any means. The steak was great as always, and we always get and enjoy the wedge salad."
