"I've been a regular patron at this Taco Bell location for years and have always enjoyed consistent, good quality food and service. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was a stark contrast to the norm. The gentleman who took my order seemed to have difficulty understanding my request. I was patient and took my time explaining what I wanted – a Chicken Roll Up Deluxe Box with meat and cheese only. I even verified my order at the window to ensure there were no misunderstandings. However, after arriving home and eagerly opening my meal, I was disappointed to find that my order was completely wrong. Instead of the meal I had clearly requested and confirmed at the drive-thru, I was served a completely different dish. It's frustrating to have your dining experience marred by such a fundamental mistake, especially when you've been looking forward to a specific meal. The inconvenience of having to drive back to the restaurant or settle for a meal you didn't order is disheartening. While I appreciate that errors can sometimes occur, it's crucial that staff take the time to understand customer orders correctly to avoid such situations. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a sign of declining service at a place I've enjoyed for years. Despite this unfortunate experience, I hope to see improvements in the future service. I'd hate for a single mishap to tarnish my view of this Taco Bell location that has consistently served me well in the past."

"A vegetarian Mexican pizza is $5.19 and this is what we got, disgusting dried up beans, barely any cheese. I mean, would you want to eat this? How feels comfortable serving something they wouldn’t want to eat themselves"

"Ordered chalupas to have no sour cream, add nacho cheese for extra money and order was made opposite. I was only car in drive after 10pm, there was no rush to do my order inaccurately. I simply told the guy who gave me the his name as Chris, supposedly he is Asst mgr. Just give me what I ordered and paid for. How hard is that, I promise y'all I was super nice when placing my order saying please politely and thank you multiple times and to receive my order w/inaccuracies is upsetting. That is what I get for ordering damn fast food."

"It is always a great place to dine. All the staff our Super friendly and go out of their way to help you. They really want for everyone to have a great dining experience. I applaud the management for running a great team. Keep up the great work. My family I will continue to come back and back."

"This location was so amazing at helping us celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday party. We were able to decorate the tables for the "formal dinner". The manager Nash and her crew went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend you visit this location!"
