"The young cashier was very rude. I ordered a # 1 with a slice of pumpkin pie. The one in display looked fresh n delicious. She gave me a two week old crusty pie and refused to exchange it. Finally someone else came out from back and told her to get me another one. She brought me the same old pie again, I refused it and told her to keep her pie. About 15 minutes later a different lady brought me a fresh slice, I was happy for that, but the rude one never came to apologize or accept responsibility for being wrong. I sure hope the nice lady tells the manager about the issue with the cashier. She definitely needs to get training or maybe a new job."
"Came to eat breakfast, walked up to another couple waiting as nobody was at the register. I said "Hello", no response (not busy & rather quiet here) For a second time "Hello", no response. The other wife went over by the kitchen to get someone's attention after I shouted "Hello" a third time. A woman came out with an attitude named Val, no apologies for delay or anything and appeared rather annoyed to have to assist us. There are no hand sanitizer on walls anywhere and bathrooms are nasty. Very disappointed."
"We were there a couple of nites ago. I received a phone call and was distracted and left my purse there. Realized it about 10 minutes later and went back. I was so relieved that the manager, I believe her name is Julie already had my purse safely put away. I want to thank her and the staff again so very much. I was so worried that it could have been stolen. Thank you Julie and staff again, I really appreciate it. Your employees should be recognized for their honesty. Thank you again!!"
"The chicken fried steak literally has no steak and is the saltiest thing ever. Bill Miller’s food quality is going down hill."
"Had the fish plate, and it was not good. It was more breading than the fish itself. I barely tasted the fish. The fish looked thick and good, but when cutting into it, the fish was thin. All I could see and taste was the fried breading. The Mac n cheese was not so great tasting either. I wouldn't recommend the fish. But then again, it's only for a limited time."
