"We have always called Shipley's the dirty cousin of another name brand chain. In recent years Shipley's has elevated their game and taken the title of Best Hot Glazed (anything /everything) in Texas. If you get to any location prior to 7am, grab an extra dozen hot glazed...you won't be sorry"
"Ordered 4 sausage jalapeño and cheese kolach. All 4 had no cheese no jalapeños. Ordered 1 strawberry iced donut, 1 cherry with sprinkles, and a glazed cinnamon twist. Received 3 plain donuts and a cinnamon twist. Ridiculous. Check your orders before you leave."
