"I got my order wrong I should’ve known to check there was somebody returning. There order the manager hung up on me the fist time I called the second time she was very hostel with me did not do nothing to fix my problem her name was reberta she seid she was the manager plus they never give me the order at the window I always have to wait in front of the restaurant not good service she should not be working there she is not a people person"

"If you order delivery just know that they won't get the order right. I've ordered from here a few times and surprisingly the first order was right. They were missing a drink but the food was all there. Now the other times after that they left out food. The last time I ordered here they left out a whole meal. I don't have a vehicle which is why I order delivery. It's so frustrating when they can't even get the order right because I have no way of going to get the missing items. I would say if you order dine in or drive through the food is great as long as you check your orders there at the restaurant. Do not order delivery if you don't want to be dissapointed and hungry after. The phone number doesn't work when you call the store and if it does ring they will never answer. Just thought I'd say something since it's been a few times I've been failed here."

"First off I had to get the TWO workers in side attention just to place my order. Lazy workers who clearly are just looking for a free paycheck since the place was dead. I was the only customer inside ordering food. Secondly, my jumbo jack was made extremely messy with no lettuce, and way too many onions. My curly fries were just tossed inside the bag and fell every where. Pardon me lazy jack in the box employee for disturbing your day!"

"It's a sad day for me. I ordered my favorite ultimate double cheeseburger combo and 2 tacos for 1.69 . It wasn't busy and only 1 car in front of us but the wait was unusually long. I get my food do a quick check and the tacos aren't in the bag. I asked the girl and she looked at the screen and then handed me 2 tacos. I get to my job and find that my ultimate cheeseburger magically turned into a Swiss bacon thingy! I was so angry I ate the whole thing and liked it. For the next time please don't deprive me of the ultimate cheeseburger because I go out of my way to get it. Still a customer but I'm not as full as I should be. #ems #eatontherun"
