"I ordered a cheeseburger thru drive thru. Live three mins away, burger cold like they pulled it out the fridge. Called Sonic spoke with Mgr Christopher, was told to bring it back and we can redo ur Order. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. If I could rate them a ZERO STAR, it would be rating them too high."

"Usually this place is terrible but tonight was different. Food was hot and fresh, drinks were on point. My ONLY complaint is that the cashier asked if we wanted our change back because it was just over 50 cents. I don't think it is good customer service to assume a customer doesn't want their change or even ask that, even if it's only a penny. Always assume the customer wants their change, if they don't want it, they will tell you."

"Honey BBQ chicken not very saucy at all and super long wait! That is literally the only thing I ordered. Waited at the window (no cars in front of me) for a good 10 minutes. If I wanted dry chicken with dipping sauce then thats what I would've ordered! No excuse. This location has always had issues. I was starving so I ate it. Never again. I'll take my $8 elsewhere."

"I understand covid has been hard for a lot of business and that a lot of them are short staffed; I feel that I am a very patient person but this is pretty terrible in regards to speed. It would make a lot more sense to close down this location until enough staff has been hired. This causes a lot of stress for both customers and currently staff due to unrealistic expectations. I can't rightfully give this a higher rating since the wait was over 45 minutes and that was with an app order. I cannot cancel an app order so im either stuck waiting or living with the fact that sonic has a free donation."
