Parts department could not or would not work toward securing the needed parts. 4 days later a salesman discovered the tire was at a different location and had to pick it up himself because no one else could figure out how to transfer the part in 4 days time. Lack of proper management."

"The work they do seems to be top notch. I have taken my 2003 F-150 there for years. But, for all those years I have the same issue : when I arrive at the service center I have to go find someone to assist me even when I have an appointment. I am not sure why they can’t see a truck in the service lane and atop what they are doing to check me in or get my info. The 4 rating is for the work, but the welcome service needs some work."
