"Ordered 2 burgers and 2 coffees. The burger order was reversed, my burger was made to my husband’s liking and his mine. The employees, Rich and Adrianna went beyond their obligation to make it right with assistance of their manager, Miguel. All 3 did an outstanding customer service job!"
"I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service we experienced when my wife's car broke down at the Whataburger drive-thru. She was in a state of panic, unable to move the car, but the staff at Whataburger went above and beyond to assist her. They comforted her and assured her that everything would be taken care of. When I arrived at the scene, I was amazed to see not only a manager from Whataburger but also Omar Towing already there, ready to help. Their prompt response and willingness to assist in a difficult situation truly impressed me. I highly, highly recommend both Whataburger to anyone. Their elite customer service sets them apart from the rest."

"The best burger chain here in San Antonio. This store is always pretty clean, never used the restrooms but I bet they are pretty typical for fast food restaurants. The floor wasn't sticky which is nice and the music playing over the speakers was nice. Staff is cordial and helpful and the food is made fast just like you ordered it."
