I mostly visit in the afternoons/evenings when Ryan is working because she is so consistently on point. I always get greeted with a smile and amazing service. "Ambience - The restaurant got good parking space and clean, sanitised and well organised tables. Subs - The subs with fresh vegetables and chicken and juicy with chipotle. Love this place. Service - subs were prepared passionately and service is great."

"This place is spotless and very clean. The owners are a married couple and they are the sweetest ever. So kind too. We went here to get lunch as it was less than 10 minutes away from the hotel we are staying at. The breads were fresh, the meats looked good, their marinara sauce for the meatball sub was thick and not water my like many other places. Also the chicken pieces for the sweet onion chicken teriyaki that I ordered were nice size pieces and were fresh and not soggy. Totally re comment this place to anyone who is nearby. The customer service was very good as well. Really enjoyed our time here."
