"There will be a slow-moving line. It is worth it!!! This BBQ is top tier. Get a beer, stand in line, it's not that bad. Hop and Sting Brewery has great beer, a nice outdoor patio with plenty of seating as well as indoor. Just outside the patio area is the Vaqueros trailer where you queue up, debate what to order, and get a tray of delicious food. You MUST get the brisket at a minimum. It melts like butter in your mouth. Delicious food!!!"
