"I ate at one of these in the Van Zant area and it was just plain nasty. The ribs had a green color to them and they threw a 1" slab of what they called sliced ham on my plate. The potato salad was good and ended up throwing everything else in the garbage can where it all probably came from !"

"We are guests accross the street at a large theme park type hotel on holiday. We decided to look for better food options and found this restaurant. I tried to order dinner online and was not able to. I called and spoke to an employee and his reply was to try and order online. Well I tried again to no avail. Well when I called back, no one would answer. My guess is, they were more concerned about going home for the evening. It was 7:30pm and they close at 8pm. I made it to the restaurant and was greeted with a look of annoyance. They served us our order to go but then I discovered that the prices online are 2 years old. I saw a picture of the menu online and it led me to believe we were spending $59.99 but they rang it up for $89.99. I explained to employee that this was a huge difference and could end up being an issue for them if they don’t change it. I was met with indifference. I’m not sure if anything will be done, but if they care about their establishment they should update the pictures on the Google site."

"We were at Great Wolf Lodge and wanted to eat supper. So we jotted over to this place across the road. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We all had bbq sandwiches. They were really good. They service was also fast. Great place to eat."

"First stop in Texas. The customer service was excellent. The place was spotless. I order brisket with mashed potatoes, veggies and mac n cheese. Everything was fresh and delicious. That brisket was on point. Glad this was my first taste of Texas. I am impressed."
