"Very hard to get help, most “associates” are too busy talking to each other to help customers. Out of the at least 12 employees I saw/passed by me, only 2 offered to help. One was on his lunch break when I saw him in the parking lot and asked for the managers name and he sincerely tried to help. I don’t know his name but he was an Aussie (his words). They need more employees like him!. Website said there were over 30 of the item I was looking for in stock, but no one could find them. Went to Lowe’s and was asked on entry if they could help me find something and took me right to the item I was looking for."

"Very disappointed with the rental department. My wife rented scaffolding around 2:30 PM, and it took almost an hour and a half for them to retrieve it from storage and assist with loading. Despite doing a 24-hour rental and returning it the next afternoon around 4:30 PM, the store helped with unloading, which again consumed over an hour. To our surprise, she was charged for an extra day of rental at over $100. This additional charge was not clearly explained during the checkout process, and the time-consuming loading/unloading and inventory process, especially for 15 feet of scaffolding, needs improvement. While we appreciate the store’s assistance with loading, there should be some flexibility, especially considering the store’s post-checkout delays in inventory and providing the rental items."

"Convenient location with great offerings. I love their outdoor selections and no hassle returns. The only problem is the low abundance of subject matter experts. It's usually only the 1 guy who really knows the ins and outs of remodeling projects. I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to him bc he was on break, and when he returned, there was a line of a few people ahead of me who wanted his advice"

"Jim in the paint department is a great guy. The stain colors on their paper chart aren’t a good guide, and I didn’t realize how different semi transparent would look on pine pickets. Jim spent about an hour creating a better color on the 15 gals I bought and I am Very happy with the color now. Excellent customer service A+"

"Outstanding customer service! We needed an item (a heavy shelving unit) in the colour black which was on the highest shelf in the whole store! The guy we asked for help went to get the fork lift guy and in less than 10 minutes the item was in our cart. Shawn and Luther were both super helpful, they helped us all around with our million questions and requests. Not to mention the huge variety of DIY items, gardening, incredible seasonal stuff and so much more."
