"It is so disheartening the way that the store associated and management handled this situation. If I could give this a place 0 I would because of how I was treated I was RACIALLY profiled Andrew the manger is a racist the girl DESI the associate is to. I was asking her a question when my daughter came back to the location where i was in the store, she gave me my two debt cards ans a recite from a return that she made. So as i was talking to her and she seen that my daughter handed me thoes thing i ask her what location was this store since she didn't have the blinds that i needed. She walked to the front of the store to ask a coworker if my daughter made a return which was weriod because i was having a conversation with her and she walked away so we walked to the front of the store and was trying to figure out what was the problem. The problem was she thought we were stealing. I don't know the area very well i am learning and now me and my daughter are banned from going to this home depot when we were racial profiled. If i was a white woman Desi would have not called the police on me and my daughter. When we came to the store to buy blinds for our new custom built home i just purchased out here in texas. My daughter and i are not from here and this whole situation was so weird to me Desi got hostal with my daughter and started yelling at her making her fell uncomfortable and FLIPPED me OFF AND SHE WORKS THERE what kind of employee does that what kind of establishment are you running? Whoever is running HR corporate any management your whole establishment needs to have a RETRAINING. The manager was called and of course he took up for her. The picture of the manager Andrew is displayed at the bottom. Deis has green hair and works part time in the blinds area."

"I go to home depot all the time for work. Buying everything a Apartment Service Manager might need. When I have an emergency and need part / tool / cleaning product / appliance fast. I check their website for item availability and location. Then run in and locate item fast. I rented dolly the other day. Put in a 25 dollar deposit. Even with all the reminders. I missed the appointment cause I got too busy. They still replaced the $25.00. I figured I would lose it since they held the dolly. Yep I love Home Depot. Just have to get in and out fast. Cause I will spend too much on tools if I am not careful."

"Went there to purchase an AC unit. The price showing the AC was 175 that rang up 268. He brought to the tension of the person he went and looked at it and said well do it for that low price the only once. Then it had an attitude with me and made my experience very bad they're at Home Depot. Let my fault the family put the wrong price."

"I come to Home Depot whenever I have to do something at home and I always find what I need for my home improvement / fixing! This time I needed a bathtub spout, unfortunately they don’t sell the spare part that wears out and goes inside so I had to buy the whole bathtub spout, it wasn’t too expensive though just $20 bucks! It took me a little bit to find someone in the bathroom aisle but once I found one he answered all my questions! Staff is friendly here and very helpful, and prices are fair!"
