"Tried to return an online order of unused items to this store , was told the items weren’t in stock at that store so they couldn’t take the items and issue a refund . Called customer service and found out that per Floor & Decor policy any items can be returned to any store regardless of whether it is in stock. Employee and management seem like they either don’t know their own policy or just didn’t want to accept the return . Better off going to Arlington location"
"We went to Floor & Decor in NRH today to pick out new tiles for our bathroom, and Fiona helped us. We originally picked a larger hexagon tile for the floor, but Fiona suggested a smaller tile and showed us the title matching the one we originally picked. The store has so many options, so you will find exactly what you are looking for at really great prices. To be honest, I thought the process was going to be difficult but Fiona was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products. We a very pleased with the tiles we chose and can't wait till our bathroom is finished. Keep up the great work Fiona!!!"
"Mina from the interior design was VERY helpful! He understood our idea and helped us with each and everything. We picked floors of our 6 bathrooms, front and back patio, shower floors, backsplash tiles, accent walls, hardware and faucets as well. We were so exhausted and overwhelmed before we met Mina! I highly recommend talking to him as he’s very knowledgeable and up to date with the trend!"
