"I'm dissatisfied with the ongoing issues and the high charges for unresolved problems. The recurrence of the problem is a concern, and I've noticed that, during my visits to the workshop, a minimum charge of $100 is applied without a thorough analysis of the car's issues. If given the option, I would rate the service negatively, perhaps a -5. I believe there is a lack of proper explanation and technical expertise. I strongly advise against falling into this service trap."

"Super sketchy. New break pads all of sudden were metal to metal after getting tires changed. Asked to get new break pads and they tried saying rotors needed to be replaced too to add on an extra 500 to the price. I know it's cause break pad replacements are cheap. We ain't stupid dude. And the rotors, only had superficial markings like normal and were up to standard width but apparently "the manager" said they couldn't just replace the break pads.... im sorry what? Just break pads replacements are super standard mechanic work. Like, my God, yall are gonna get a lawsuit soon if you don't fix yalls malpractice. Seriously how stupid do you think we are???? Also, because of this my boyfriend had to drive home on those metal to metal breaks and replaced everything himself cause they would rather risk someone's life than just do a non sketchy proper job. I hope yall get sued."

"I just wanted my tires changed out, and now I have to change my rotors and break pads, that we’re already new, that broke from their service. Peep the overall rating, the bigger guy at the front desk is a snake salesman. and doesn't care what you need, he'll push on you obviously and inappropriately."

"I was disappointed with the price... when asked why so high, he said they charged for something they shouldn't have and adjusted the price but still too high! I got up, went outside to the front and noticed my car sitting there with the repairs done. Nobody called me up to tell me my car was done...I had to ask. When I left, my tires were really over inflated... they got up to 38 while driving!!! This is not good as it can cause a blowout as they naturally heat up while driving. I tried calling the business but NO ANSWER. I will NOT be back!"
