"I had team dinner for 25 CHS track athletes. Up at 12pm to put on the briskets. At 4am I found that my board was shot on the smoker. Pivot to ordering 10 lbs of brisket and 4 lbs turkey from Moe's. I thought I may get a call when they got into work saying it was too short notice for order of that size; Instead, I was treated exceptionally well. Thanks for going above and beyond and for bailing me out! I will be back."
