"Normally, I don't have any problems with this location. The staff is very friendly and I've never had any problems with my food until today. I had ordered three meals, two of them were the correct ones. The third was supposed to be a #2, instead I received a #1. I should have checked the food after getting but didn't so that is on me. On top of that, the drinks were supposed to be unsweetened, they were not. Is that going to stop me from ordering from this location again. Nope, I like the food and the staff. I guess it must have been some new employees today."
"Yesterday evening I was so hungry for a hamburger so I went to sonic drive thru in Alamo parkway and I was so disappointed. The hamburger was burnt and looked like it was heated up again. It tasted and smelled bad. I can not believe they are serving the food like this to paying customers."
"Update: We've been here several times and the latest was March 5th. They continue to mess up the orders and food quality is declining. I am reducing their rating from 4 stars down to 3 stars. Got dinner to go today, December 14th. They were busy, but we got our food quickly. The food was pretty good but the fries were not cooked well. They were firm, not soft or crunchy. Tater Tots were about the same. Otherwise pretty good and yes, we will come back."
