"Unfortunately, this isn't a good Chipotle. They never have veggies. Their meat looks dry, and the sofrittas look like crap. I've tried to give them several changes. I've definitely had to walk out several times from the food just looking like crap or they haven't refreshed any of the food, and it looks old and dried out. The staff seems miserable and project negative energy. The location is great and the area definitely needs more food places. But I would rather drive 10 more minutes down the road to the other one. Don't go here. It's a shame. Also they charged me for guacamole in my veggie bowl when it is supposed to be included. And didn't care to make the situation right."
"Chipotle is usually delicious and service is always great on the Chipotle lane but today (1/26), I feel like someone woke up on the bad side of the bed. Our food was prepared with so much carelessness. my veggie tacos were sloppy with hardly any guac. plenty of red salsa. The carnitas bowl had chunks of inedible meat. Better luck next time I guess?."
"This is the worst Chipotle in San Antonio... Avoid! New management and staff gravely needed. It's a brand new location and it's trash unfortunately. My food was so krappy I didn't even want to finish it. Chicken was cold, everything was very meh and the service is sad..."
"I never been to a Chipotle before, I know! But wow I should've gone long time ago. You can taste the freshness in the food. You basically tell them what you want in your bowl or burrito, kind of like subway style. We got a barbacoa burrito and steak bowl. The steak bowl was absolutely delicious! The burrito was as well however it would've been better with a different meat(save the barbacoa for the molino). Overall outstanding! Can't wait for the next time! This restaurant was awesome, employees were courteous and helpful! Good job team!"
"Wednesday around 2pm I came for lunch. It was not busy, place was very clean. Atmosphere was very calm and quite. Employees could use name badges. The individual that made my salad was helpful and friendly. Everyone else seems focused on work. The food was great. No complaints. Restrooms are clean. Just a suggestion. For top tier service, we need more smiling. Seems almost robotic."
