"I went to the O'Riley's to get an NEW alternator and found out I wouldn't need it and try to return it for a full refund. When I tried to return it they claimed it wasn't an O'Reilly's part and it used. I didn't open the box the entire time I had it nor did they open the box when I bought it to ensure it was their part. One of the associates accused me of tampering with it when I bought that part from them. He started marking things heated and had to be sent away by another associate. The manager refused to give me a full refund and only offered me core value. They robbed me of $300 for their screw up, a member of their staff insulted me, and they refused to make it. They are negligent when it comes to their inventory and negligent when it comes to fixing their screw ups. Don't go here."

"I went to the store to purchase a screwdriver not knowing what type or the best quality. The salesperson, Bryson has made my day. He saw me wandering. He approached me and greeted me, then asked if I needed help. I replied yes, he walked me through the aisle and helped selected. Then he offered to assist me install my license plates. He demonstrated outstanding customer service with respect and care. I wanted to share this with everyone."

"Stopped by to check our battery life on our car. A very helpful gentleman named Bryson came out let us know for sure our battery was dead. Went in knew exactly what we needed. Also gave us options for other O'Reilly stores if we were looking for a more cost effective battery. Then he came out to put the battery in for us. He was quick and patient with us while we dealt with some rowdy children in the car. He made sure the car started up and we were ready to go. Quick, polite, and thoughtful service. Very impressed."
