"I arrived to dine in at 5:15pm and had to wait probably 10 minutes before someone came to take my order at the register (not normal for Whataburger). Food was great and served fast. The line inside got really long while I was eating and customers even left because the wait was so long."
"Come here several times a week. Morning crew has a very lackadaisical attitude. Usually wait 3 to 4 minutes to be recognized. Manager even caught my eye and kept on putting stock up in the back. He finally came up and took order. Another customer had a similar experience. Bathroom looks like it was cleaned, but whoever did it through there rubber goves on the floor instead of the trash. That and a sloppy staff makes me concerned about food safety."
"Great food, excellent service and a clean dining area. The staff were very friendly and even checked to make sure we were happy with our meal. Highly recommend."
"Not on their game. The chili cheese fries had no cheese, the fries were stale and they laid the tray sideways on its end so it all balled up in in the tray. My sweet tea was not sweet. Everyone was very nice but come on, someone needs to do some quality control."
