"Don't bother ordering ahead. When the item you've purchased is missing pieces, and you walk back in to exchange it, they'll be happy to let YOU go wonder the store to find the replacement- you know to do the one thing that was the entire reason you ordered ahead of time. Best part, you purchased the only one they had, yeah, the one missing pieces. And when you go up front to tell them, they've already got the purchase cued up for a refund. (Because they already knew it was missing pieces and it was the last one) WASTE..OF..TIME. should have just gone to T-mobile to begin with. Lesson learned. For a business model only hanging on by a thread (box stores)- you'd think they'd do better."

"Best Buy is an authorized Apple repair location. I waited 2 days to get an appointment to repair my iPhone. When I brought it in, I was told I needed a new screen, they don’t have them in stock, it’ll take 1-1/2 weeks to get it in ,and that they need to keep my phone while the part is on order. The employee said this is Apple’s policy. This is not Apple’s policy. Apple does not require a service center to keep the device while waiting for a part to come in. Best Buy did not help me and I had to find a different location for the repair. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is that the Best Buy employee was polite to me."

"Extremely dissatisfied! Despite advertising price matching, the store refused and claimed a policy requiring the product to be available nearby, which is illogical. To top it off, driving in extreme cold weather was a complete waste. False promises and poor customer service."

"The customer service manager, Adrian, lied to me and accused me of fraud. I had a receipt and was within the 14 day store policy. He claimed he couldn’t tell if my product was associated to a receipt. All the numbers matched. He said he just couldn’t be sure. He claimed the store manager was unavailable. I left and went to another Best Buy. They apologized for his poor behavior and gladly refunded my purchase. Be cautious at this particular store."

"Stellar service. I had a question about getting the purchase that I made looked at before I walked out with it. I purchased a refurbished Apple Watch and wondered if it was in good enough shape for me to have. They actually open the box and broke the seals and make sure that I will satisfy before leaving the store. First class Customer Service. It really doesn’t take much. Thanks Best Buy!!"
