"Unfortunately, I noticed they have cameras that can be seen from the fitting rooms. It's very odd and uncomfortable to me. Be careful when trying clothes on... I said, unfortunately, because I really love this place. Always friendliest and professional service! Everyone knows what they're doing. My favorite retail staff anywhere and of course the best deals you can find."

"Tried to sell a nice black trench coat, velvet skirt to the knee, glitter tutu skirt, and little black dress all that don’t look worn but they wouldn’t give me anything for any of it! I did see other fast fashion brands but looks like they care more about name brands even if it’s plain or u-g-l-y. Wasn’t even told why they wouldn’t take what I tried to sell. People compliment me all the time on what I wear when I go out so I know I’m great with fashion - the items were just too small on me. It’s the employees apparently who don’t know fashion, especially the guys working there."

"A friend/coworker asked me if I'd ever shopped here; as she stated that she'd spent way too much money! Well, that's all I needed to hear because she never has really treated herself since I've known her. I was on my way! I'm not from here. We're here for work. So, some time allowed for a little " therapy "...why not?! I was prepared to match what I had just spent on my son's tackle football registration for the season (football parents know what I'm talking about!) However, upon entering the store and not getting at least a "Hello", I didn't know if this was the outlet for me. But, I walked around anyways to see if I would turn MY frown upside down. Eventually, I asked the young man at the counter did they offer help. He just looked at me. So, I asked him if he knew what customer service was. He responded, "No". I'm not sure if it was the difference in our skin colors, but I didn't care to overspend my hard earned money there. I just hope this doesn't happen too often. I ended up going next door for a distressing foot massage; as by this time, I was very upset and disappointed."

"Stopped here a few weeks ago while visiting the area. This location had a nice selection of name brands, had a lot of new merchandise with tags still attached and was clean and organized. I cannot make comments on trades as I was only there to shop. Ended up finding some great pieces including 2 swimsuits. *Please note I did not end up with the dress pictured, I loved it but the fit was a little loose*"

"My experience here was actually very good despite a lot of negative reviews that I saw. Yes of course I brought up thousands of dollars worth of clothes and shoes and apparel and didn’t get what would be ideally a fair amount especially with all the nice stuff that I had and all the new stuff but they were actually very friendly and very helpful and I brought in so much stuff and I am bringing in more today which is going to be a pain but I am decluttering my closet‘s and house and making donations to various nonprofit groups, organizations, people I know who need certain items, and some things I had to take here though. Happy to get rid of all the Nike stuff and go purchase more under armour stuff and other brands for my son’s soccer stuff among other things. I’ll update today with more info and pics and see how they do today because I have a car load full of stuff. Very friendly staff in my experience on this review. Thank you all."
