"Update: Still 5 stars .Picked up a truck 2/6/24. Wayne who checked me in is amazing. Solid 10 out of 10 service from him. This Home Depot location is awesome. After a disaster with a local with a moving truck company resulted in driving to multiple locations and not receiving a pick up truck I reserved a week in advance. I stopped in at Home Depot. Not only did Home Depot have a truck but their team provided the best customer service. Home Depot you saved the day. Highly recommend tis location."

"Employees are front desk/cashiers are all very nice. Management not so nice. sold a busted husky tool. machine fails.. but amazed me that management's attitude to accept and try to fix it. i got a husky torque wrench here. which snapped my bolts when i used it as per the specs. Home depot floor employees confirmed that tool doesn't work. Management disagreed. sure i was able to return the tool. but it is how you make customer feel right. I am glad i don't have to deal with store a lot. i always go to lewisville store. ended up with this store because lewisville one didn't had stock. hope management will change their attitude and try to work with customer than mocking them."

"The item I was struggling with to get to the checkout was difficult - big and unwieldy - and Ezra spotted that and asked if I'd like some help. I gratefully accepted, and he picked it up as if it were marshmallows, waited for me to check out, and then carried it all the way to my car. If Ezra doesn't get lots of brownie points for this, HE SHOULD! Thank you for hiring him - he is GREAT!"

"I like this store, mostly because it is conveniently located to us. However, it is a smaller home Depot than others, so it doesn't have the same wide selection. Most of the employees are very nice here, especially the cashiers. There is one large guy that goes around obnoxiously asking people if they need help and then not offering anything useful. Other than that guy, I enjoy shopping here and find the rest of the staff to be friendly and helpful."

"After an unsuccessful visit to the competitor, Dad and I went to the flower Mound location and got excellent customer service from Kelly and Mike in the lumber department. They were both knowledgeable and took care of us while valuing our time. We then went up to the register and had an amazing experience with Donna, who not only took care of us as customers but treated us as human beings with friendly conversation.
