"My family and I were finished shopping and decided to have lunch at Chilis in Grapevine mills mall. We approached the hostess stand to be seated and the hostess w long dark braids (there was 2 hostesses) looked at me in a dissatisfied angry look. My entire conversation with her was so unpleasant and unprofessional. I tried to make light of this situation but she continued to be very short and rude towards me. What is going on with customers service these days?? I used to be a Food and Beverage Manager in the hotel industry and if I ever acted the way she did I would have been fired! We canceled our reservation and went to Apple Bee’s across the street and had a very positive experience. Are you guys aware of her attitude and the way she is representing your restaurant? She was short w other patrons as well. Is there a direct number to speak to management?"

"Unfortunately, I have to agree with most of the recent reviews here. While the food was good, let me say that. The service is very slacking. I’m sorry but based on how the servers are today there is no way I think they deserve $15 an hour or whatever they’re asking for. It’s great to have this option in the Grapevine Mills Mall. But to be honest, you’re far better off just eating something in the food court."

"We stopped by this location before leaving the mall. When we first got there, we were immediately greeted by the hostess and there wasn’t a wait. There were 3 waitresses, and each one of them had nice, bubbly personalities. They were all working well as a team too. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and the only problem was the under seasoned meat patty. Overall, It’s a convenient place to sit and eat after walking all over the mall."
