Whataburger

"Do not waste money here service terrible. Food has hair and management doesn't care. Took me 25 minutes to get 3 hamburgers and coke zero. When I pulled into drive thru no one in front of me and didn't know what my order was. Manager Heather Coco wouldn't give refund as employee asked me if wanted a refund."

"Worst Whataburger in the DFW!!!! Me and my husband came here for a quick meal after our workout and were greeted by a rude cashier that cut us off while talking. After placing our order it took over 15 minutes to get our food and the place wasn’t even busy. Once received our food was cold and my fries and his onion rings were stale! This place needs training from the top down and corporate needs to look into this GM as they are clearly not doing a good job."

"The sweet and spicy bacon burger didn’t have enough special sauce on it and it kind of let me down. The customer service there was second to none and a curly haired brown boy took my order And it was very pleasant. I know Whataburger isn’t a fast process, but they took a little bit longer than they should for the burger to come out this way.. Overall 3 1/2 star experience, I won’t be going back to that location If I don’t have to.."

"I’ve been coming here for about 3 months and this has to be the worst whataburger / fast food restaurant in grapevine. I pay for extras like ranch and sauces but I always get charged and don’t receive them. I don’t know if it’s the management or something but I would rather drive 15 minutes down the road to eat at the Whatburger by the grapevine mills mall. My advice is to skip this location and save the stomach aches."

"This has to be the worst location I ever been to. Waited 30 min for cold food and they was not even busy. I ordered tenders and my tenders was overcooked and tasted like grease. My wife ordered a triple meat sandwich and they did not properly prepare that sandwich cold meat and topping was just thrown on it any kind of way. Get workers and a manager that care about people food and hospitality."
