"Be sure to read the fine print. My husband and I bought a queen size mattress medium grace II on sale for $439.20 on November 12 in addition to a queen size bed and box spring. We received delivery on November 25th and did not like the quality of the feel of the mattress at home. We went to sam's club and purchased a queen size hybrid gel and spring mattress for $499.98 on November 26th to replace the Lack's mattress. When we spoke with the sales person they said the Lack's return policy is that customer have to pay a 25% restocking fee on returned mattresses which is on the signed paperwork. The queen bed and box spring were very nice. We did like the furniture very much so we are keeping those purchased items(5 stars). My husband talked with a store manager and was able to make an adjustment so we paid a 10% restocking fee because we had the mattress one night and were able to return mattress in plastic (3 stars) so overall average 4 stars."
