"We were supposed to receive the stove we ordered on Jan 7th. It's been about two weeks and we did not receive a single call back as far as the order's status. When we ask to speak to the owner or a supervisor we are told they don't know anything about the order and we would have to rely on the person who sold us the stove who either doesn't reply or promises everything is fine with no sort of status update. Our business has been without a stove now for a month. But they sure were happy to take our money out of the account that same day."
