"This pizza is delicious. They are serving free "JUMBO SLICE" which is actually 2 slices. They are taking care of customers and doing it with a smile! What an amazing addition to our community!"

"If you are looking for a slice of heaven in Flower Mound, look no further than Heavenly Crust Pizza. This place has it all: thin crust pizza, strombolis, calzones, salads, and desserts. You can choose from 18 specialty pizzas, or create your own with a variety of toppings. The best part of Heavenly Crust Pizza is the owner, Rhonda. She is so nice and personable, and she makes you feel like family. She greets you with a smile and a friendly chat, and she knows how to make the perfect pizza. Heavenly Crust Pizza is more than just a pizza place. It's a community hub, that supports multiple charities that Erick and Rhonda are both passionate about."

"Where do I even begin?!?!? First off, Ronda was amazing! So welcoming and genuine. Making sure she addressed all of her guest by name to make it feel personal! She was very organized and had a structure to streamlining the free slices of the day pizza and also making sure she was on top of the other things being ordered! Her husband was working tirelessly rolling all the pizza and her daughter was just darting back and forth slinging slices like crazy! Ronda was the perfect tone setter and first impression for sure! The free slice of the day today was sausage and oh was it good! The soft manhattan crust was so soft and had a great chew to it! Zest in the sauce, good melt on the cheese! Definitely could tell they also cared about the free pizza they were handing out! But if I’m getting free pizza, I’m gonna buy a slice too, and oh my god no pun intended but the heavenly crust was soooooo crunchy and crispy and good! I did the white pizza, and the ricotta was creamy, the garlic oil was aromatic and the mozz had a great cheese pull when that bad boy was piping hot! I cannot wait to not only try more free slices.. but double down and order a slice to go with it because there’s no way I’m waiting 20 days to try them all!! See you again soon! Yall are awesome!!! Thank you!"

"Went to the grand opening and was very happy with the great service and tried a jumbo slice of their sausage pizza. Jumbo slice is equivalent to two slices (the picture is after I ate one slice). I enjoyed that it was a think style crust and the sausage was flavorful. I would prefer having a little more sausage on there but I can understand they are just starting. I’ll definitely be back to try some more! Welcome to FloMo!"

"It’s pretty unorganized right now… They are running a promotion for 20 days of free pizza. The current system is walk inside, tell the cashier how many jumbo slices you want, and stand there and wait for it to come out. They don’t attach your order to your name, it’s a free for all for the free slices. Every man, woman, and child for himself. Whoever is closest to the counter wins. My experience yesterday… After waiting in line to get my free jumbo slice for about 30 minutes, the pizza finally came out. I was being patient. Just as I was about to get it, a family just got there and were waiting to order at the counter. The staff was finally bringing my jumbo slice and said, “I honestly don’t know who was here first, so here’s 3 jumbo slices.” That family who just walked in took the 3 jumbo slices and immediately left to avoid conflict. The staff didn’t even question it. After 30 minutes, “So this is how they want to be…” I just walked out at that point. It was pretty disappointing… I figured I’d give it another shot today. I stood there waiting patiently for my free slices. Yet again, the same problem. Families ushered in and the same problematic ordering system. They passed over me and passed it to someone else yet again. Yes, it’s free pizza, but I shouldn’t have to stand there and fight for my free slice. It’s been a long day… I’m heading to Little Caesars. Maybe I’m not the target audience either way. The lady is pretty nice, she passes out free coupons and magnets. She takes the time to talk to people. It’s just a broken ordering system with zero organization. I hope they fix it, because I like the idea of this company, it’s just very frustrating having to fight for pizza. We’ll try again on the next available day and consider changing the review when the broken system is fixed. The “Honor System” doesn’t work for these kind of promotions."
