Chipotle Mexican Grill

"They skimmed me on pretty much every part of my burrito. My burrito was noticeably smaller than when I ordered the same thing at other chipotles in the area, and my it was so poorly wrapped that it fell apart when I opened it. You’re better off going to a different chipotle in the area."

"This is the dirtiest chipotle I have ever seen in my life. The entire restaurant is filthy. The area where they prepare the food is so filthy that when they handed me my bowl I had to wipe food off the the bottom of it because it was dragged through guac, beans, rice and whatever else fell out on their prep station. The floors looks like they’ve never been cleaned and are covered in old food. Even the door handles and window sills are greasy and disgusting. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend. Only stopped in because it was next to target. Will drive farther for a cleaner location."

"I have to say that this particular Chipotle location is the worst I have ever been to. The food quality is consistently poor, the store is always dirty, and the service is absolutely terrible. I believe that the management is to blame for this. It's hard to understand how the South Flower Mound location can be so good while this one is so bad. Considering the high prices that Chipotle charges for their food, one would expect a higher level of quality. Unfortunately, even the basic task of putting together a burrito bowl seems to be too much for the staff at this location. They are always rude and show no customer service skills. It's frustrating to see that this store has remained terrible year after year."

"The guy who put my food together was either having an extremely bad day or has a really bad overall attitude. He chunked my order into the bowl, there was already a mess he had made, as pictured, and was going to put in 3 strips of lettuce and call it a day. There was food thrown all over the place. I was so looking forward to my food and now I’m not feeling so good about it. It was 2:40 on a Thursday so it was slow, one table was being used when I walked in. I have no understanding of how it could have been so gross in there. Rice was all over the and the foods were all being mixed together by that guy. Finally I asked the girl who was at the register if he was ok, she said it was a long day, which happens but you can’t let it get like that. Also, she didn’t have such a bad attitude. I hope the place looks better in the future and that it was an off day for the guy"

"I visited this location today as a result of a mix up of stores. I went with my spouse to get an early lunch and we choose this store because the GPS indicated it was not as far as the other locations. We found that the location was well stocked with food and fresh looking items. The workers were friendly and capable while preparing our food selections. The serving areas were cleaned and neat in appearance. There's seating inside and outside of the restaurant. There is a pick up shelf adjacent to the cashier. I noted that the handicap parking spots are further down from the front door."
