"Dirty tables, over flowing trash and, stinky bathrooms, order was wrong, over 20 minutes in the restaurant to pick up to go order placed on the broken kiosk that did not give us a receipt so complaining was difficult. The managers “fix” was as terrible as the rest."
"I normally don’t write about my experiences with restaurants but this experience really frustrated me. I understand stuff can happen but for me order a large fry on the app and waited over 30minutes to get Fries is so ridiculous to me now I can understand if I order a lot of food and y’all was busy but at this time yall weren’t that busy for me wait for a large fry in curb side and nobody came to bring to me so I had drive to drive through since Yall want lock doors before 10:00 PM so that’s why did a curb side so I didn’t have to go off again. I dnt understand how I get so much bad customer service at this place at night but in the morning I get more better customer service maybe I should just not order at night just order in the day time since that’s when people give 100% customer service!! Thank you to your morning team who care about customer service unlike the night workers they can learn something from morning crew."
"I dined in and the lady’s helping in the front are very rude, if you don’t enjoy your job, you shouldn’t be working there. The management team needs to do better on picking their employees. Will be the last time I come to this place."
"Ordered via app, dining in, gave table number. Ordered was YELLED out by table number. They do not bring you your meal. If you don’t listen it just sits on the counter. My order was incomplete. When I questioned (the manager who filled my order) if she was going to complete my order she was rude. I ordered a drink and I didn’t receive a cup. I also had to ask for condiments. If stores are not going to adhere to the app (dining in and bringing to the customer) they need to post signage in their store that they do not serve to tables. The next time I pass through Pearland I will surely pass by this McDonald’s."
