"We bought a boat in 2019 our paperwork was not handled properly and we still have no title. We have talked to the owner he was supposed to get it taken care of instead has just decided to stop responding to use. I would not recommend purchases anything from this business, very unprofessional BEWARE!!!!"

"I bought a boat in June 2020. I've called these guys atleast 30 times asking for them to please register my boat and send me my tags. Today is October 17 2021 and just now getting tags! Everytime I called I get some excuse as to why I haven't received them yet. I hate to leave such a bad review but this is NOT how business is done. Hopefully they'll get it together until then stay away!"

"Why a 4 star and not 5 ?? I bought a 2008 ford 150 , for ~ $1,500 under fair market value, Per Kelly Blue book, I did a lot of shopping prior to buying this truck, This was my third trip back to Hood County Auto House. I know for a fact I asked at least twice for a " Car fax" or " Car Report" every time I was distracted by the Salesman or another employee,Long story short, I ran the VIN myself after buying the truck, and it came up clean. So I do not understand why Hood County Auto would not run me the report? Otherwise great guys ,I was treated well. and I got what I feel a very good deal Thank you R. Rioux"
