"DONT USE LAYAWAY in this store. I made my paraments and they did not deliver nothing. staff know what they were doing, keep saying they cant provide sup name etc, etc. I lost money and synchrony bank was on their side. on the dispute they said I took the items the same day of purchase. SCAMERS."

"If there was an option of 0 stars or negative I'd choose that. Worst customer service ever stood around waiting for someone to help me for 30 minutes. Delivered wrong furniture and when I asked about box beds they said "regardless of who you are we don't have any" a simple "we don't have any at the moment" would of been fine THANKS. Also feel like all the 5 stars are probably from employees because who would give this place that many stars. "Higher positions" in this store need to work on their customer service and help out the associates who are already working with someone else. Just because you have a higher position doesn't mean you should be lazy."
