The prices were really good compared to Walmart and stuff might as well spend a few more bucks and get professional grade item. Picked up a non stick pan, tongs and a chefs knife. "Fogon sold me a 50 pound greese trap which I found out later by the city that it was outdated. They charged me over 600 dollars for that greese trap and they raised their price due to "inflation" that they announced January 1. I called the store directly and asked if I can return the unused item for the required 100 pounds or if I could just recieve store credit for it which they later said the store only has a 15 day return policy which is mind blowing. So then I asked if they happened to have the same greese trap to complete the 100 greese trap the city was requiring. Their respond was yes but due to inflation the prices skyrocketed. And I asked how much are you charging for the greese trap now? Fogon raised the same greese trap I purchased with an already raised priced due to inflation again for a total of 900 dollars hitting to 1000? With tax. I don't understand how when I purchased it the first time I was told due to inflation. I had to pay 600+ and now due to inflation again 3 months later it went up again 400 dollars more! How does that make any sense. Anyone who shops here is wasting their time... that's price gouging that's not inflation. I bought my 100 pound greese trap in webstaurant online. For the same price of the 50 pound greese trap I bought at Fogon on top of that Free shipping."

"Bought a fridge it didn’t come with the gaskets the employee told me they would give them to me later that week went back multiple times they never had the gaskets. The fridge only worked a few days then it stopped cooling. Called and asked if they had someone to come take a look at fridge. They said yes, the technician will be there tomorrow the technician never came. They just want your money they don’t care what they sell you."
