"I am not usually prone to writing ratings on chain restaurants. We have patronized this restaurant many times over the years, but lately there have been marked changes.....all for the better. The service is excellent. From the moment you are greeted to the moment you leave, you are treated with respect, kindness, and humor. Substitutions are most often not a problem and the food, while delivered amazingly quickly, is excellent. Kudos to the cook and the servers! To the manager, "Well done! Take care of the staff; you don't want to lose them!""
"I brought my daughter out to breakfast. We got our food prity quick. However after that I felt like they forgot I was there. I asked 2 people to get me server. She walked by me 5-6 times and never acknowledged me. I saw them tell her I needed her. It was literally 30 minutes before she ever came back. This will probably be my last time I go to this restaurant..."
"DO NOT RECOMMEND! My friend & I walked in to this location which was almost completely empty. We were not greeted upon entering nor were we ever asked if we were ready for drinks or to order. Our waitress was extremely rude. She did not ask how we were doing, hardly spoke to us, did not even check in on us after ordering or eating. She was doing multiple things at once but this is no excuse for poor customer service as again, we were not even greeted or asked if we were ready for drinks yet. The food was amazing, hot and fresh, everything we order to a T. There were also MULTIPLE live roaches crawling out of the hole in the wall in the bathroom. Amazing food, but very poor customer service. I will not be returning."
"I had a dream about pancakes last night and went to this IHOP to try to see if they could become real. Lemme tell you: they exceeded expectations. The pancakes were even better than I dreamed. Our waitress (Mimi) was so sweet too. I really appreciated her patience with me trying to recreate my dream-pancakes. Thank you so much, Mimi and IHOP, for making my dream come true (literally)."
