"I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to coming here. Worst Starbucks we’ve ever been to. Zero attention to orders. Drink was ordered correctly (light ice written on label), but completely ignored. Worst part is, our drinks tasted awful. My husbands was so bad he threw it out. Never stopping here again. Second pic is of just how much ice was left after the drink was gone."
"Unfortunately, they screwed up two simple drinks and although they weren't very busy it took way too long to even get our drink orders while my husband stood inside the store waiting patiently. I could have understood if they were busy inside and drive-thru and if we had complicated orders but that wasn't the case at all. Disappointed for sure. Hopefully it was just a bad day for em and things get better."
