"This store is the worst about calling people back and responding to emails. I sent some photos over a week ago to review and approve some furniture to consign. They never responded to my emails. I have called about this three times and all those calls the person that answered assured me someone would call me back. But no one has. Yesterday I went to the store and the lady at the front assured me she would tell the owner to call me. Of course again, no response. Sooo frustrating!!!! They apparently don’t want my business. If I could give them a -*, I would!"

"The prices here are outrageous. I will never go to this store again. If I wanted to fork out the money that they're asking for their products, I might as well go buy it brand new. I don't know about their clothes, I didn't look at those, but everything else was just outrageously overpriced. And the place is very cramped."

"My daughter and I walked in and said hello, the person at the front didn’t even acknowledge me. (1st red flag) maybe because of my ethnicity! I continue to shop and my daughter found a toy that she really liked and the lady went up to my daughter and took it away from her. She didn’t even ask if we were buying. Its was so rude i saw my daughters face and she wanted to cry. I turned around and walked out. Never will i ever go back here. They are so rude!! They need better training!!!!"

"Terrible visit. The store overall is just like any thrift store crowded not a lot of room to walk and you feel like you are constantly in someone’s way. My biggest problem with this visit and most definitely my last visit was that during the check out process my debit card was not running due to the mag strip and the chip being completely worn out. This is my problem not the stores just to clarify. The cashier was super blunt about how my card was declining and I explained that I have trouble with the chip as it tends to not work in most chip readers and before I could even finish she snipped back and said “ I already ran it via the mag strip also and it still is declining. Do you need to transfer some funds around?” First off don’t ever judge someone’s financial situation that is highly inappropriate for the customer service industry. Secondly don’t cut someone off and let them finish there sentence before you ask if they have another form of payment they would like to use. I am all for independent shops and thrift stores as my wife visits them frequently but this place has lost my business for sure and I hate to see this be the reason why because people can’t seem to be appropriate."
