Panera Bread

"Holy cow, I can’t describe just how terrible of a Panera Bread location this one is! Almost all the time both of the kiosks inside to order are down, which means you have to order on the app or at the register, in which no one is there half the time, so you must wait or ask for assistance just to place your order. Once you do, you are almost always met with unfriendly service, from both the register, the people behind the pick up window, or the drive thru. The atmosphere almost feels hostile, and I’ve never felt welcome by the staff. Every experience I’ve had at this location has had some issue, usually an issue with my order (my Cobb salad with chicken was literally missing the chicken!) or they straight up just marked my order complete in the system and never actually made it (I once ordered a simple charged lemonade and 10 minutes went by, still not received it even though it had been marked as ready, I had to go up to the window and explain the issue.) I love Panera Bread, but the atmosphere, poor quality and carelessness at my closest location always drives me away. It’s terrible that a much more welcoming and efficient location is on the other side of town, which I do not feel like making the commute to just to get a lemonade and a sandwich."

"The food seemed to be better than other locations that I have visited, especially the bakery department. The scones & Pecan Twists seemed larger with more toppings on them etc. The service was subpar. The cashier that took our order acted like we were a hindrance and seemed like she should be spending her Friday night somewhere else."

"God this place is so overpriced and slow. Half a sandwich and cup (not a bowl) of soup for $15. The service is very slow inside. There's so many pick-up orders they forget the REAL customers lol. We waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich and soup. I went to the kitchen counter and saw our food sitting and grabbed it myself. I asked "this is all the soup we get". I was given a quick "yes that's it". Please be mindful that you're putting a tiny cup of soup in a huge bowl. The portions are going to look extraordinarily small. I guess she was the manager, filled up the bowl to the brim of soup and apologized. I don't know how this company in general stays in business. If you want a soup and sandwich, make it worthwhile and go to La Madeline's. I will never be back."

"I came here this morning and ordered a latte, 2 chocolate bagels to go, a chocolate croissant and a cinnamon roll. My order was wrong. The latte was served over ice, when I told them I wanted a hot latte the employee told me that I ordered it wrong. I was never asked if I wanted my order for here or to go so it was placed in a box and two separate bags. Later I was asked if I wanted a bag! No, it’s for here except for the two bagels”! “You didn’t order any bagels” that’s how it went. I then go to the ladies room and didn’t realize that that’s the place to go if you want a refill for your coffee. Exactly, that’s where the coffee pot was. Decide for yourself if you want to come here, just wanted to share. I wish I could post the picture but it doesn’t allow me to."

"I go here daily for a iced coffee or a green tea. This time I dined in for lunch. I ordered the flat bread (800 calories) which is probably meant to be shared. It was tasty. The facility is always clean and the customer service is fine. I mostly order through the kiosk so I haven’t fully interacted with staff."
